Environmental Inspector /Administrative Assistant

We are an Environmental Inspection company operating in New York and New Jersey metropolitan area. We provide:

• Lead
• Mold
• Moisture
• Water 
• Asbestos
• Allergen testing and
• Indoor Air Quality

Our inspections Include Visual Inspections to determine location, quantity and condition of the suspect materials / Dust wipe testing for Lead based paint / Lead in water testing / Indoor Air quality sampling / Mold and moisture intrusion Testing /Home health assessments / Bulk material sampling. 

We are looking for personnel with the following qualifications:

• Fluent English in all forms of communication.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge and able to work efficiently on Microsoft (Excel, Word).
• Comfortable and amicable with clients (In person and by phone).
• Able to perform administrative work such as filling and logging in information on the computer. 
• Physically able to carry around 10 pounds of equipment while walking.
• Be able to work in all weather conditions.  
• Collaborative Team player.
• Required:  EPA Lead Inspector License (Must be in the jurisdiction of all EPA administered States, Tribes and Territories.  

We are offering a full time position Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We provide transportation from the office to job sites.
